The machine has a drive shaft, and a piston with a spherical calotte of a piston head having a free twist (8). The free twist has a smaller diameter than that of a circular opening (7) of a spherical shell (5), so that a spherical section smaller than a hemisphere and a retaining flange (10) is formed with a larger diameter than the opening. A transverse groove (11) is formed in the opening in such a manner that the head is threaded with the flange through the groove into the shell and is held in a working position of the piston.
