摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Inductive power and data receiver (33), inductive power and data transmitter (43), radio frequency (RF) transmitter (36) and RF receiver (46), arranged to function as a wireless transmission link to supply a sensor (30) with energy in connection with an imaging event, transmit image data detected by the sensor to a base station (40). #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a wireless electric receiver of image data; (B) a base station for intra-oral X-ray sensor; (C) a method of using an X-ray imaging sensor; and (D) a method of transferring data to an intra-oral X-ray sensor and from a sensor. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Reduces size of sensor by using unidirectional RF links that are smaller and simpler than bidirectional RF links. Enables use of lower data transmission speed to send control data to sensor. Eliminates need to code the sensors to different channels since short transmission distance prevents creation of interference from other sensors. Minimizes disturbing effects on the operation of imaging sensor by arranging field of inductive power transmission at low frequency.
