摘要 <p>An air conditioner is provided to stabilize an air conditioning system by preventing excess or shortage of refrigerant in plural outdoor units and optimizing opening degree of a control valve. An air conditioner includes: single or a plurality of indoor units(1A,1B) for air-conditioning; a plurality of outdoor units(2A,2B) supplying refrigerant to the indoor unit; a refrigerant pipe system(3) connecting each of the outdoor units to each indoor unit; and a controller(4) controlling operation of the outdoor unit. The outdoor unit includes a compressor(22) having a suction port(22i) inhaling the refrigerant and a discharge port(22p), a driving source(20) driving the compressor, an outdoor heat exchanger(23) connected to the compressor and a control valve(25) controlling amount of the refrigerant flowed into the outdoor heat exchanger which serves as an evaporator during heating operation. Opening degree of the control valve is variable and the control valve serves as an expansion valve during heating operation. The controller includes a calculating unit of suction overheating degree for obtaining a suction overheating degree of suction temperature of refrigerant sucked through the suction port of the compressor of the outdoor unit, and an opening degree increasing/decreasing unit. The opening degree increasing/decreasing unit increases opening degree of the control valve for the outdoor unit whose suction overheating degree is relatively higher when the suction overheating degrees of suction temperature of refrigerant of the compressors of the plurality of outdoor units are different from each other, and decreases opening degree of the control valve for the outdoor unit whose suction overheating degree is relatively lower.</p>
