A toilet roll for cheering is provided to display a beautiful scene in a cheering and improve a cheering effect by scattering colored papers which represent an image of a sports team or a country to an air. A toilet roll for cheering includes a plurality of paper sections(20) and a toilet roll(10). The plurality of paper sections are scattered to a plane of the toilet roll in a state that the toilet roll is unfolded. The paper sections represent an image of a company, a country or a pro-sports team such as a pro base ball, a pro foot ball and a pro basket ball. A symbol, a design, and a name of the company, the sports team or the country are cut into the paper sections. A color of the toilet roll represents the image of the company, the sports team or the country.
