摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly improve the low level of an initial efficiency as its shortcoming without impairing the large level of an initial charge capacity which is a characteristic of a lithium secondary battery using SiO as a negative electrode. <P>SOLUTION: A film of a silicon oxide formed by vacuum vapor deposition or sputtering is formed on a surface of a current collector as a negative electrode active material layer.
