Esterase enzymes derived from various Staphylothermus, Pyrodictium, Archaeoglobus, Aquifex , M11TL, Thermococcus, Teredinibacter and Sulfolobus organisms, are dislosed. The enzymes are produced from native or recombinant host cells and can be utilized in the pharmaceutical, agricultural or other industries. |
