The actuator has two screws that are screwed together with socket heads of a gear, where the actuator is provided on a base plate (14) and driven in an electromotive manner. An electric motor (3) is radially fixed and gripped to a socket from outside by a hole in the socket and a center coil in the actuator in a shaft. A spring (16) is concentrically arranged to a screw connection and operates at a lower end on a hand gear (13). A roller unit (15) driven by a ball screw, has a roller pair, where one of the rollers operates on the plate and another roller operates at the hand gear.
