The pennant pole has reflecting foils on sides of a pennant, which is attached directly to the pennant pole by using clips. A surface of the pennant is laminated with a theme. A wind wheel is mounted below the pennant and is provided with a reflector in a blade of the wheel. The wheel is pushed with a cover in the pole. A reflecting disc is mounted below the pennant by a bracket which is attached to the pole. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a wind wheel comprising a reflector (2) an adapter for connecting the pennant or wind wheel to a pushchair (3) a bracket for fastening a disc provided with a reflecting surface.
