A condenser microphone is provided to simplify an assembly process by reducing the number of components and minimizing the thickness of the condenser microphone. According to a condenser microphone using capacitance variation of a parallel plate condenser, a metal case(110) has a sonic wave inflow hole(112) in the center and has a bottom plane(115) acting as a polar electrode. A diaphragm(130) is formed with an electret film having semi-permanent charges. A connection ring(140) supports the frame of the diaphragm as being attached to the diaphragm, and is electrically connected to the diaphragm. An insulation spacer(120) maintains air gap between the metal case and the diaphragm. A printed circuit board(150) is electrically connected to the metal case and the connection ring as being located on the uppermost top in the metal case, and comprises a field effect transistor(FET)(152) for amplifying and converting potential variation according to the capacitance variation between the diaphragm and the metal case due to the vibration of the diaphragm into an electrical signal.
