An advertising apparatus is provided to improve an advertisement efficiency by performing a moving image advertisement and a still image advertisement. An advertising apparatus includes a moving image advertisement portion(1) and an illumination advertisement portion(2). The moving image advertisement has a body(26) and a display device(12). A groove unit is formed on an upper part of the body. The display device is installed on the upper part of the body, and is driven by a smart card chip. The illumination advertisement unit is installed under the moving image advertisement unit. The illumination advertisement portion has an optical source, and an advertisement sheet(4). The optical source is installed inwardly on a frame(21), and is composed of any one of an EEFL(External Electrode Fluorescent Lamp), a CCFL(Cold Cathode Fluorescent Lamp) or a fluorescent lamp. The advertisement sheet is installed on a front part of the optical source.
