A non-noise and power-saving electromagnetic switch is provided to reduce power consumption and improve durability by preventing electricity from continuously flowing on an electromagnetic coil during the operation of the electromagnetic switch. A non-noise and power-saving electromagnetic switch includes a fixed core(1), a moving coil(2) and a fixing bar(4). The fixed core has a guide hole(11) which is vertically penetrated, and a through hole(12) which is connected to the guide hole. The moving coil has a guide bar(3), which is inserted into the guide hole and has a protrusion(31), at the lower end thereof. The fixing bar has a hooking unit with a small width unit and a large width unit for performing the hooking and hooking releasing operations of the hooking unit. The fixing bar is horizontally moved by a solenoid(41).
