A method and an apparatus for measuring the deformation of a pile connection part are provided to simplify installation of a deformation measuring unit by using a thin plate-type sensor. An apparatus for measuring the deformation of a pile connection part using a plate-type measuring sensor includes at least one pile(10), coupling units(20) that connects the piles(10), and a measuring device. The apparatus includes the plate-type measuring sensor coupled to the measuring device and integrated with the coupling units(20). A plurality of pin inserting holes, into which the coupling units(20) are inserted, is formed on an inner wall or an outer wall of two ends of the pile(10).
