The structure has covering modules (9, 10) with respective rigid panels (9a, 10a) with a left surface adapted to a cylindrical contour of a powered above-ground winder (2) for a roller-blind (3). The modules are mounted mobile separately on a support section (8) so that each module is independently mobile to occupy a covering position for the module (9) or an opening position for the module (10) releasing an access space around the winder along width of the module (10). Each module has a free end (11) lifted up reversibly from an edge (5) during passage from the covering to opening positions.
