The arrangement has a set of operating layers and a heater e.g. temperature sensor, which are arranged on a substrate, where the layers are connectable with an evaluating unit. A resistance (Rh) of the heater and effective resistances (Rs1-Rs3) of the layers are connected with entire electrical terminals (A1-A4) by electrodes. The heater is connected with connecting points of the layers at two terminals (A3, A4) and remaining terminals. The evaluating unit has an evaluating resistance (Ra) connected in parallel with individual or combinations of the effective resistances.
