<p>A method and a system for providing a content connecting service are provided to allow a user to easily view an interrupted portion of the content regardless of the type of a terminal, locations, and time. A system for providing a seamless content service includes a web server(21), a subscriber DB(22), a streaming server(31), and a content DB(30). The web server(21) provides a log-in web page to a subscriber. The subscriber DB(22) is used to store subscriber information. The streaming server(31) cooperates with the web server(21) to transmit corresponding contents to a subscriber terminal. The content DB(30) is used to store various contents. The web server(20) orders the streaming server(31) to transmit a part of contents corresponding to a content code and a content reproduction time to a logged-in terminal if a user joins a content connecting service.</p> |
