A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a keypad are provided to form easily various patterns on the keypad by integrating a plastic film with a front housing of the keypad. An apparatus for manufacturing a keypad includes a supply roller(200a), a receiving roller(200b), a mold(300), an applying device, a pressing unit(400), and a UV(Ultra-Violet) irradiator(500). The supply roller and the receiving roller wind and release a plastic film. The mold is arranged under the plastic film, which is moved by the rollers. The mold is moved in vertical and horizontal directions. The applying device applies a predetermined coating layer on the mold. The pressing unit is arranged on the plastic film, which is moved by the rollers and presses the plastic film on the mold. The UV irradiator is arranged on the plastic film and irradiates a UV beam on the plastic film.
