DUAL PAINTING APPARATUS FOR INNER SUFACE OF PIPE

A multistage spraying device for the inside of a pipe is provided to spray paints with different viscosity and hardening time through front and rear nozzles and to reduce the manufacturing cost by rotating two nozzles by using a wheel instead of a motor. In a multistage spraying device for the inside of a pipe, a body(100) comprises wheels(110) installed at both sides to move back and forth smoothly in the pipe and vertically adjusted by a height adjusting plate(120) and a worm(140) connected to the wheels by a belt(130) and shaft-combined inside to transmit rotating power. A shaft(200) is shaft-combined through the center of the body and composed of a swivel(210) installed at the front side to receive paints from the outside; a ring(220) installed at the front end to connect a rope(230); front and rear nozzles(250a,250b) disposed at the rear side to spray the paints supplied at regular intervals of time; and a worm wheel(260) installed in the middle and rotated by engaging with the worm. A camera(300) is joined to the rear end of the body to monitor the spray of the paint from the front and rear nozzles in the pipe. A winch pulls the rope connected to the ring of the shaft at constant speed. A paint supply tank uniformly feeds the stored paint through hoses(520a,520b) connected to the swivel of the shaft.
