An output circuit is provided to control slew rate of the output circuit easily by using a plurality of test mode signals. An output circuit generates a pull-up signal(DOBP) and a pull-down signal(DOBN) by receiving an input data signal. A pull-up signal generation part includes at least one first pull-down device performing pull-down driving of the pull-up signal in response to a number of test mode signals respectively, a first buffer buffering the input data signal, and a second pull-down device performing pull-down driving of an output stage of the first buffer in response to the input data signal as being connected between a ground stage and the output stage of the first buffer, and the first pull-down device is connected between the ground stage and the output stage of the first buffer. A pull-down signal generation part includes at least one first pull-up device performing pull-up driving of the pull-down signal in response to each test mode signal, a second buffer buffering the input data signal, and a second pull-up device performing pull-up driving of an output stage of the second buffer in response to the input data signal as being connected between a power supply voltage stage and the output stage of the second buffer, and the first pull-up device is connected between the power supply voltage stage and the output stage of the second buffer. An output driver generates an output data signal in response to the pull-up signal and the pull-down signal.
