PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a useful oxidation resistant rice bran, oxidation resistant spherical rice bran particle, a mixed fertilizer, etc., from a washed water of the rice, and treating the rice without discharging the washing water of the rice polluting the water environment by effectively utilizing the washed water of the rice for the removal of attached rice bran on the surface of the polished rice, etc. SOLUTION: The oxidation resistant spherical rice bran particles are obtained by adding a nucleating agent to a washed water of a rice, drying at a high temperature while agitating to form small spherical rice bran particles, and further attaching the rice bran component in the washed water and drying at a high temperature while agitating. The washed water of the rice is mixed with an organic or inorganic absorbing material such as a rice bran generated in a rice polishing process and a rice grinding process, a chaff generated at a hulling process, a powdery particulate fertilizer component, etc., and dried to form an oxidation resistant rice bran. The washing water of the rice is mixed with the rice grains in agitation in the rice polishing and rice grinding process just before completion and removing the water content by ventilation for removing the rice bran content contained in the washing water together with the attached rice bran to the skin of the rice as the treatment of the washed water of the rice and effective utilization thereof. |
