A protection circuit for a lamp driving inverter is provided to reduce the number of inner components by integrating the protection circuit into a single LCC(Limit Current Circuit) circuit. A protection circuit for a lamp driving inverter includes a first half-wave rectifier(100), a second half-wave rectifier(200), and a switching unit(300). The first half-wave rectifier passes positive components of a master feedback current signal from a master board and a slave feedback current signal from a slave board. The second half-wave rectifier passes a negative component of the master or slave signal. Outputs from the first and second half-wave rectifiers are overlapped and inputted to the switching unit, which grounds an enable signal for an inverter according to the overlapped signal for shutting down the inverter. |
