<p>The slicing device (2) is assembled of a drive (5), the blade (4), and a food moving unit (1). The carriage (1) is assembled of two stationary panels arranged in a right angle and two sliding panels (8, 19) made of horizontally positioned wires (10, 20). The rear ends of the lateral wires (8) are held by the vertical segment of a transversally sliding element (9). The lateral ends of the transversally positioned wires (20) are joined to a longitudinally sliding element (21). Both wire panels (8, 19) are moved towards the item to be clamped by an electric drive (14).</p> |
