A tire curing press of a tire in a laboratory is provided to perform a test according to test areas, and to improve a working environment by mounting upper and lower curing medium supply parts and a curing medium discharging part. A tire curing press of a tire in a laboratory comprises lower and upper folders(10,20), upper and lower curing medium supply parts(30,40), and a curing medium discharging part(50). A non-vulcanized rubber sample is placed on the lower folder. The upper folder is installed on the lower folder, and formed with a space part(22). The upper and lower curing medium supply parts supply the curing medium to the upper and lower folders respectively. The curing medium discharging part regenerates and discharges the curing medium supplied to the lower folder. The lower curing medium supply part includes a water supplier(42), a nitrogen supplier(44), and a steam supplier(46). The curing medium discharging part includes a regenerator(52), a discharger(54), and a cleaner(56) using vacuum.
