<p>Subject of the submitted invention - inorganic filler for panel cores and procedure for its manufacture - is the development of an inorganic filler for construction insulation panels based on expanded perlit and the procedure of continuous production of construction insulation panels based on expanded perlit with a new filler. The developed product meets the requirements of specific material properties like: low filler density (between 100 and 160 kg/m3), good mechanical properties, low thermal conductivity (less than 0.06 W/mK), resistance to water, hydrophobic properties and fire-proofness, while apart from the aforementioned the product is also harmless to the environment and environment-friendly. The technology for its production is economically viable and environment-friendly. The basic technological process of the development of the new product is mixing basic raw materials, compacting the material, microwave based heating, thermal pressure processing, applying hydrophobic properties of the resulting inorganic panels of the filler and their sticking to panels.</p> |
