<p>A memory device equipped with a data processing function and a data processing method thereof are provided to increase processing efficiency of a processor processing data recorded in the memory device, and improve system processing efficiency/speed when the data recorded in the memory device is output through an external output device. A storing area(119) stores more than one data and an output area(118) stores display data selected by the processor among the data recorded in the storing area. The processor(130) transmits the display data to the combined external output device(140) if the display data is recorded to the outputting area. A process area(124) records an output command for transmitting the display data to the external output device. The processor transmits the display data to the external output device in an auto-refresh section. The auto refresh is performed by an auto-refresh command inputted from the processor. The memory device is equipped between the processor and the external output device.</p> |
