A jig for manufacturing a specimen for measuring thickness of a painting layer is provided to acquire a clear sectional shape for a scar of the painting layer by scarring the surface of the painting layer with constant force and angle. A jig for manufacturing a specimen for measuring thickness of a painting layer comprises a fixed plate(10) having a first contact surface(14) inclined at one side thereof. A movable plate(12) has a second contact surface(18) inclined on a surface corresponding to the first contact surface(14). A through hole is formed between the other side of the fixed plate(10) and the first contact surface(14). A screw(22) is inserted into the through hole. An adjustment knob(26) is integrally coupled to the head portion of the screw(22). A female screw groove for distance adjustment is formed in the movable plate(12), and the thread of the screw(22) is inserted into the female screw groove.
