Water-free emulsified cosmetic compositions are provided to serve sufficient heating sense to a user and improve the cleaning and washing abilities, and use feeling and convenience by increasing the content of oil ingredient, emulsifying zeolite by oil, and stabilizing with oil thickener and surfactant. A water-free emulsified cosmetic composition comprises 10-50 wt.% of zeolite, 10-80 wt.% of oil selected from hydrocarbon oil, silicon oil, vegetable oil and ester oil, 1-20 wt.% of oil thickener selected from dextrin fatty acid ester, stearoyl inulin, polyethylene and glyceryl fatty acid ester, and 1-30 wt.% of polyglycerin fatty acid ester-based surfactant having HLB(hydrophilic lipophilic balance) value of 3-15, and further comprises 0.1-10 wt.% of one selected from kaolin, charcoal powder, mugwort powder, mugwort extract, Glycyrrhiza uralensis radix extract, ginseng powder, ginseng extract, lavender essential oil, tea tree essential oil and peppermint essential oil.
