CHEMICAL FILTER AND AIR CLEANER HAVING THE SAME

A chemical filter and an air cleaning device comprising the same are provided to exhibit uniform distribution as a whole in a flow rate of air that passes through the chemical filter, and to remove various types of chemical contaminants effectively. A chemical filter(100) comprises: inner and outer circular tubes(110,120) having air permeability by forming the inner and outer circular tubes such that the inner and outer circular tubes have a predetermined diameter difference; an upper cover(130) which is formed to a diameter corresponding to that of the outer circular tube to close top ends of the inner and outer circular tubes having centers which are consistent with each other; a first step filter medium(140) disposed in a space defined between the inner and outer circular tubes to remove chemical contaminants contained in air that passes through the first step filter medium; a second step filter medium(150) disposed in a rolled state within an internal space of the inner circular tube and consisted of a urethane foam frame substrate with a predetermined thickness provided with continuous pores with a large diameter and a chemical filtering material applied onto the frame substrate through an adhesive; and a lower cover(160) which has a through hole(165) formed in the center thereof, the through hole having a diameter corresponding to that of the inner circular tube, which is formed in the form of a flat ring such that a diameter of flat ring is larger than that of the outer circular tube as much as a predetermined size to close the bottom of the inner and outer circular tubes having centers which are consistent with each other.
