A food garbage disposal freezing apparatus is provided to prevent decomposition of food garbage since the food garbage is kept frozen within a freezing compartment, and ensure facilitated insertion/takeout of food garbage by automatically opening and closing top and front doors, which is actuated by first and second pneumatic cylinders. A food garbage freezing apparatus(100) comprises a housing(110), a cooling unit, an inner bucket(160), and a garbage receptacle(170). The housing consists of a main body(112) having a freezing compartment(114) of which the top as well as the front open, a top door(120) assembled on the top of the main body, opening and closing the top side of the freezing compartment by sliding forward and backward by the actuation of a first pneumatic cylinder(126), and a front door(130), which opens and closes the front of the freezing compartment by sliding up and down by a second pneumatic cylinder(136), combined on the front side of the main body. The cooling unit consists of an evaporator mounted on the bottom of the housing, a condenser mounted on a lower part of the housing, and a compressor forming a closed circuit with the evaporator and condenser so as to circulate heat exchange medium. The inner bucket is inserted to the freezing compartment of the housing, which has a pair of handles(162a,162b) rotating about a hinge on the top center. The garbage receptacle is inserted to the inner bucket, consisting of a chaff bag(171) equipped with a straining member(172) to seal the top on the outer periphery of the top, and a vinyl bag(178) inserted into the chaff bag for retaining food garbage. |
