<p>A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to separate or isolate stably analog circuits from electrical noise, to reduce a size thereof, and to minimize a manufacturing cost thereof. A substrate(100) includes a digital circuit region for forming a digital circuit and an analog circuit region for forming an analog circuit. A deep-well(104A) is formed in the substrate in order to surround the digital circuit region or the analog circuit region. The deep-well is formed to prevent interference between elements of the digital circuit and elements of the digital circuits. A plurality of elements of an RF(Radio Frequency) circuit are formed on the substrate. The elements of the RF circuit are surrounded by the deep-well.</p> |
