A fixing structure of a truss girder for a reinforced concrete slab and a fixing method thereof are provided to prevent welding failure of corners by fixing foots via cocking or riveting a deck plate and cover plates. A fixing structure of a truss girder for a reinforced concrete slab comprises a deck panel(100) having lattice members(126) and a deck plate(110). The lattice members, which are contacted to two sides of one top chord member(122) and a pair of lower chord members(124) and shaped like triangle, comprises foots(128) longitudinally formed at two sides. The deck plate supports the foot of the lattice member, and comprises a protrusion(112) to be arranged in parallel and cover plates(130a) to be faced with the upper portion of the protrusion. The deck plate and the cover plates prevent separation of the foot in case of generating lateral force applied to a truss girder(120) to be attached by fixing units. The fixing units are a cocking part formed by cocking the deck plate and the cover plates in the contact condition with the deck plate by pressing the upper portion of the cover plates. The fixing units are positioned between the foots on the cover plates or at two sides of the foots on the cover plates, or inside the foots on the cover plates. The deck plate and the cover plates prevent split or contamination of the deck plate by the fixing units such as the cocking part.
