A drain pipe connecting device for a bridge is provided to prevent accidents happened in a field welding operation and to facilitate maintenance and repair. In a drain pipe connecting device for a bridge, plural vertical installation brackets(14a,14b) having through holes(16a,16b) are formed on one end of one connection fixing plate(12a) so that a vertical fixing bolt(34) penetrates the through holes(16a,16b) vertically and is fixed by a vertical fixing nut(36). Plural horizontal installation brackets(20) having through holes(28) are positioned at one end of the other connection fixing plate(12b), and a horizontal fixing bolt(30) having the through hole(32) through which the vertical fixing bolt passes penetrates the through holes(28) horizontally and is fastened by a horizontal fixing nut(26). A male hinge unit and a female hinge unit having through holes are protruded on the other ends of both the connection fixing plates. The male hinge unit and the female hinge unit are inserted mutually and hinge-combined by nut and bolt. A nut combining groove is formed on the outer side of the horizontal installation bracket in which the horizontal fixing bolt is tightened horizontally, to place the horizontal fixing nut with a fixing washer(24). The other ends of the connection fixing plates are stepped to be engaged with each other. A rubber packing(60) is installed at the inside of the both connection fixing plates for tight contact with to a drain pipe(70).
