A shift fork assembly of a manual transmission for vehicle is provided to simplify an assembling process by forming a detent as an integrated structure of a spring pin, a spring, and a fixing ball. A shift rod(11) includes a position decision groove. A shift fork is inserted into the shift rod and moves in an axial direction. A reception part(13) is formed at a lateral surface of the shift fork. A detent(14) is inserted into the inside of the reception part by using pressure. The detent includes a body, a fixing ball, and a spring. The body includes a flange side as a stopper and a spring fixing part protruded to a backside of the flange side. The fixing ball is inserted into the inside of the body in order to be coupled with the position decision groove of the shift rod. The spring is inserted into the inside of the body in order to apply elastic force to the fixing ball.
