A novel Bacillus sp. CSM01 strain and a microbial agent comprising the same are provided to prevent and treat fish pathogenic bacteria, Vibrio, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter tarda, harmful insects and mold. A microbial agent comprises Bacillus sp. CSM01 strain(deposition no. KCTC 11062BP) capable of producing antibiotic materials such as iturin A, plipastatin and surfactin or a culture solution thereof. A fermented drink comprises the Bacillus sp. CSM01 strain. A method for preparing a fermented drink comprises the steps of: (a) inoculating the Bacillus sp. CSM01 strain into a culture medium and fermenting it; (b) sterilizing the fermented solution obtained from the step(a); (c) after adding malt to the sterilized solution, precipitating it to obtain supernatant therefrom; (d) adding cooked rice to the supernatant and then ripening it; and (e) after filtering the ripened solution, sterilizing it.
