A halogen lamp and a manufacturing method thereof using a ceramic material are provided to increase radiating heat of the halogen lamp in order to cut drying time by half. SiO2 is processed into nano particles. The SiO2 particles are coated on a surface of the halogen lamp and dispersed in the surface of the halogen lamp. Fe2O3 and CO are added to form a ceramic paint. The ceramic paint is applied on the surface of the halogen lamp to form a coating layer(20). The coating layer is formed using Si-sol or H3PO4 as solvent. |
