A pipette pump is provided to achieve the easy handling and holding, and to allow a user to discharge a liquid medicine or the liquid cosmetics precisely by a very small amount. A pipette pump includes: an elastic pump body(10), connected to an upper end of a tube body(6) in a sealed manner, wherein the tube body(6) is connected to a cap(4) for a container(2) containing a liquid medicine or the liquid cosmetics, as one body; a pair of pressing faces(12,14), formed in a flat, convex or plane shape, and arranged vertically in such a manner that they face each other, and that the distance between them is smaller than their height or width; and a flexible concave groove(15), bent inwards from the edges of the both pressing faces(12,14) so as to connect the faces with each other elastically.
