An apparatus for blinking an emergency light is provided to blink a right emergency light and a left emergency light alternatively by using a main emergency light switch and a sub-emergency light switch. An emergency light switch(10) is installed at a dash board of a vehicle. Right and left emergency lights(21,22) are installed at both surfaces of front/rear sides of the vehicle. An emergency light circuit unit(30) generates signals for blinking the right and left emergency lights. The emergency light switch includes a main emergency light switch(11) and a sub-emergency light switch(12). The emergency light circuit unit includes a main emergency light circuit unit(31) and a sub-emergency light circuit unit(32). The main emergency light circuit unit generates signals for blinking simultaneously the right and left emergency lights. The sub-emergency light circuit unit generates signals for blinking alternately the right and left emergency lights.
