A high pressure water pipe having water leakage sensing function is provided to minimize water leakage by effectively plugging a gap formed in a joining portion of the water pipe, and to prevent water leakage by securely clamping the water pipes according to rise of water pressure. A high pressure water pipe having water leakage sensing function comprises a first water pipe(100), a backward flow prevention pipe(400), a transfer pipe(300), a second water pipe(200), a packing(500) and an electric current sensor(700). The first water pipe with open both ends, consists a flange(120) having a plurality of linking holes(121), and provided with a groove(150) in an inner surface. The backward flow prevention pipe has one end fitted to an end of an extension pipe(110) and the other end including a plurality of incision portions incised in a longitudinal direction. The transfer pipe has a fixing ridge(320) engaged with the groove in an outer circumferential surface of one end, and a first inclined surface(310) so as to be joined to an extended portion(111). The second water pipe is joined with the flange of the first water pipe, and linked by a linking member(C). The packing includes first and second conduction terminals(512,513) having electrically coupled rings. The electric current sensor is electrically interconnected to the first and second conduction terminals, and senses an electric current.
