A railway car simulator system capable of replacing an operation room is provided to reuse other simulation systems excluding the operation room even if a type or a model of a railway car is different by replacing only the operation room of the simulation system. An operation room(100) is made with the same structure as an actual operation room of the railway car and is exchangeable according to the model of the railway car. The operation room includes a relay line box(130) for integrally connecting an I/O(Input/Output) interface device(120) interfacing electric equipment of a driver desk(110) and an external device. Input terminals are differently formed and all output terminals are formed in the same shape to enable all power/signal lines of the operation room to communicate with an external computer through the relay line box. Software of the simulator system(200) communicates the electric equipment of the changed operation room by automatically recognizing the operation room from signals of the I/O interface device.
