A reinforcing member for reinforcing a concrete structure is provided to minimize use of a fiber reinforcing resin by engaging a reinforcing grating net between reinforcing rods formed of the fiber reinforcing resin. A reinforcing member for reinforcing a concrete structure includes a reinforcing rod(10) and a reinforcing grating net(20). The reinforcing rod is formed of a resin reinforced by fibers. A bar section is formed in the reinforcing rod. At least one engagement section(12) is formed on one side or both sides of the bar section. The reinforcing grating net is a grating net member in which a plurality of gratings are arranged. The periphery of the reinforcing grating net is engaged with the engagement section of the reinforcing rod.
