FIELD: equipment for holding of flatware, in particular knives, knife holder manufacturing method and method for locating of knives within holder. ^ SUBSTANCE: knife holder has casing with guides and knife blade supporting surfaces. Casing is defined by paper sheets positioned within book cover and fixed so as to enable turning over of paper sheets. Guides are formed by adjacent paper sheets movable with respect to one another on introducing of at least one blade therebetween.
