Method for codeposition of protein or polypeptide with stabilizing agent thereof by gas antisolvent process includes feeding overcritical fluid medium into vessel for particle formation individually or in mixture with modification agent and solution containing said protein or polypeptide and said modification agent dissolved in solvent differ from said modification agent. In such a manner than abovementioned solvent is extracted from solution with said overcritical fluid medium and substance and stabilizing agent (such a sugar) are simultaneously deposited.
