FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: it is necessary to fulfill the decompression of optic nerve due to introducing an implant into retrobulbar space being stable by its shape and in the volume being sufficient for shifting the eye ball to the front. Technical result of the operation suggested deals with decreasing a S-shaped curvature of optic nerve in orbita and increasing the angle of optic nerve's detachment at posterior ocular pole that leads to increased quality of trophic processes in retrolaminar part of optic nerve, stabilization of glaucomatous process and increased visual functions. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. ^ 5 cl, 1 ex |
