FIELD: medicine, ophthalmology. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with fixing an alloplant towards cornea in case of layer-by-layer keratoplasty. One should cut and remove the affected corneal layer, carry out separation in corneal layer along the whole perimeter of trepanation incision, apply the alloplant and fold its edges under the edges of trepanation incision, fix the alloplant towards the cornea with short-gap sutures in several meridians without its paracentesis. The innovation enables to practically completely exclude infectious and trophic complications due to no alloplant's paracentesis that provides high guarantee of transplant's adaptation. ^ EFFECT: higher efficiency of fixation. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg, 2 ex |
