FIELD: design of suction brush for vacuum cleaner. ^ SUBSTANCE: suction brush includes passage directed to cleaned surface; UV sterilizing lamp mounted in inner region of passage and designed for projecting UV irradiation onto surface; window member made of Teflon and closing inner region. Brush also has window member with openings into which engaging protrusions are inserted. End of each protrusion is compressed for fastening window member over said passage. Method for making suction brush comprises steps of placing UV sterilization lamp inside inner region of passage formed in direction to cleaned surface; joining window member of Teflon by inserting engaging protrusions formed around passage into openings corresponding to said protrusions and formed in window member of Teflon in such a way that to provide ventilation of inner region of passage and fixation of window member of Teflon due to compression of ends of protrusions passing through openings at heating and clamping them. ^ EFFECT: manufacture of suction brush with UV sterilization lamp that may neutralize contaminations sucked from cleaned surface. ^ 8 cl, 10 dwg
