FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: mechanism of pressing and extrusion are combined and arranged as single independent instrumental module, which performs sequentially with single instrument both forming of candy centers and extrusion of finished items. Instrumental module includes ⊂-like casing, which is fixed along perimeter of rotary faceplate. In casing shelves in coaxial bores - in the bottom shelf matrix is installed, in the top shelf assembled puncheon is mounted with the possibility of rotation around their axis and interacting with drive of its alternating motion. ^ EFFECT: design of press devices is simplified and forming instrument and device for its operation control are unified. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
