摘要 FIELD: organic chemistry, medicines. ^ SUBSTANCE: potassium trichloroammineplatinate(II) salt is dissolved in aqueous solution of isopropylamine chloride at room temperature; isopropylamine is added to solution and over 40 min process id finished. Obtained cis-dichloroamminisopropylamine platinum(II) salt is filtered, washed with alcohol and dried. Yield of cis-[PtNH3(i-C3H7NH2)Cl] is 84 % from theoretical one. Complex of cis-[PtNH3(i-C3H7NH2)Cl] compound is characterized by elemental analysis, X-ray crystal analysis, IR- and UV-spectroscopy. Impurities such as [Pt(i-C3H7NH2)4].[Pt(NH3)Cl3]2 and KCl is not found, hence purification of said salt is not required.
