Opposite to the diaphragm there is the package of the resilient plates, each of which is disposed opposite to the corresponding hole of the diaphragm. The plates are placed side by side, each of which is has its own oscillation frequency differing by the value of no more than fp. /2, where fp - is the own frequency of the Oscillations of one of the adjacent plates. The cross-sectional area of the slit section or the spacing interval between the nozzle and the edge of the plate is selected from the condition of the resonance interaction of the self-excited oscillations in the running onto the plate stream of the liquid with the own frequency of oscillations of the plate.
