FIELD: bar facilities. ^ SUBSTANCE: drink to be dispensed is cooled in water reservoir of cooling module under drink bar. Then it is cooled in thermoelectric cooler and fed to unit along pipe which is enclosed in jacket with cooling water from reservoir. Water jacket is connected with additional water jacket for cooling water pipe which is delivered also to unit for cooling glass into which drink will be filled. Water jacket keeps drink in pipe cool but at temperature higher than freezing point when drink is in static state before being displaced. Proposed device does not required heat exchanger for cooling drink before pouring out from tap and it reduced frothing of drink at small size of cooling module. ^ EFFECT: enlarged operating capabilities. ^ 36 cl, 2 dwg |
