FIELD: medicine, phthisiology, gynecology. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves sampling of biological material with maximal approaching to the tuberculosis inflammation focus. Method involves carrying out investigation of biological material by using chemiluminescence procedure wherein the level of luminol-dependent chemiluminescence of peritoneal liquid is determined before sampling segmentary tuberculin tests on anterior abdominal wall and in 72 h after carrying out. Tuberculosis is diagnosed in case of increasing the parent index by above 2 times. Proposed method provides enhanced reliability of diagnosis. ^ EFFECT: improved method of diagnosis. ^ 1 tbl, 2 ex
