<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a raw laver cutting machine solving such problems that, although a conventional raw laver cutting machine is designed to smoothly and uniformly cut raw laver with the number of perforations of a perforated plate maximized, the limit of the number is about 35% in terms of perforations area ratio; meanwhile, depending on the raw laver's physical properties, cutting smoothness by cutter may decline, therefore by, for example, forcedly cutting raw laver, the raw laver is subjected to rubbing action; however, for such operation, skillfulness is needed exclusively; for making such an operation, such problems as to be troublesome and need intuition are indicated. <P>SOLUTION: The raw laver cutting machine includes an extrusion screw functioning to press raw laver against a perforated plate where a knife provided with a pressurizing mechanism functioning sliding contact for cutting raw laver to a predetermined length and a rotating mechanism functioning knife rotation rotates slidingly; wherein for securing a temporal specification regarding the extrusion screw's blade and the perforated plate's circular perforations, an opening rate of the circular perforations of the plate is set. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
